Tudor VillageI was born in Los Angeles in 1951 and grew up in its suburb, the San Fernando Valley, where I still reside. As an art student at UCLA in 1971, I learned printmaking and was influenced by old children's book illustrations and mythology. My work also reflects interest in images of whimsy, dreams and fantasy as well as in collections of intriquing objects like shells, boxes and antiques. My etchings have been shown at galleries and shops nationally and are collected by hundreds of individuals.

I'm a single mother of identical twin girls who were born in 1981, so, at times, I do feel like one of the jugglers in my etchings! I enjoy my work and hope to continue printmaking for many years to come.

The ShelfThe etchings are original designs which are acid-etched onto a plate and printed on fine quality paper, then individually handcolored. Each etching is signed and numbered by the artist in pencil. The bottom number indicates the total number of prints to be pulled from the etching plate. The top number indicates the number of your etching in sequence. In addition, a small number of "Artist's Proofs" are printed (usually 10% of the total edition) and are reserved for the artist's personal use.

Display your etching under glass (spaced away from the glass with a mat or spacer). It should be displayed out of direct sunlight. When it is framed, only let acid-free tapes and mats touch your print.
